Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package the Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undisturbed.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel, removing any previous delivery stickers.

• 4.
  Drop Off or Collection

  Drop your package at an authorized courier point or schedule a complimentary collection through our carrier partner's website.
